Amenity Rentals

Our community features two beautiful amenity centers, each with its own reservable community room—perfect for your next private event!

 

• Rental reservations will only be considered for a ‘Resident in good standing’ with Riverstone at Westpointe HOA. ‘Resident in good standing’ is defined as a resident that:
  • Is current with their Association assessments and/or other fees
  • Does not currently have unpaid fines assessed against their account
  • Does not currently have any property violations
• There is a non-refundable rental fee due before the reservation can be confirmed. The fee must be paid via check or money order made out to Riverstone at Westpointe HOA.
  • $150 for the Boat House | $500 for The Oasis.
• The rental of the community room is for 6 hours and will need to include your set up and tear down.
• The rental includes usage of the use of the indoor community room only.
• Usage of tables and chairs comes with the rental (at no extra cost) if you wish. *See rental agreement for available quantities.
• Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance and no sooner than 60 days in advance.
• The space comes with access to the microwave, ice machine, and full refrigerator (no freezer).
• There is no rental of the adjacent pool or usage of the pool permitted by rental guests. No pool access or parties are permitted.
• There is no private rental of the pool patio space. A private party may use this fenced in space on the pool patio to spill outside and sit on the patio, if space is available, but the patio space will remain open to all guests at the pool to use.
• Scheduled lifestyle events may affect rental availability.
