Community Manager- Marijah Coughran
Marijah is a native to northern Nevada and relocated to San Antonio in 2008. She joined CCMC in 2017 and served in varying roles at Del Webb Hill Country Retreat before joining the Riverstone at Westpointe team. Her goal as Community Manager is to continue to cultivate a rich community experience, fostering relationships with residents and creating a welcoming environment for families to connect and grow. If you see her out and about in the community or at the amenity center, please stop by and say hi! Her main responsibilities include:
- HOA Financials & Assessments
- Keeping up with Community Standards
- Amenity-related Concerns

Lifestyle Director - Danez Williams
A San Antonio native and UTSA graduate (BBA), Danez Williams joined the CCMC team in August 2020 with over 6 years of previous community relations and event-planning experience. It is her purpose to plan and execute a wide range of community events, from fitness programs and mixers, to workshops and creative holiday inspired gatherings.
Her main responsibilities include:
- Planning Community Events
- New Resident Move-in Details
- Communications (social media, email, e-news, etc.)
- Sponsorships, Marketing, and Advertising
- Anything Lifestyle related!
Community Standards Coordinator - Carolyn Felan

A former Marine and mom to 3 adult sons, who have children of their own, Carolyn joins us, ready to help maintain community standards. Carolyn whimsically embodies hard work, discipline, and attention to detail all while embracing flexibility. Outside of work she crochets, spends time with her four cats and go on adventures with her spouse of 3 years!
Her main responsibilities include:
- Approval of architectural modification requests
- Community standards inspections
- Keeping up with community standards
Administrative Assistant - Ruth Jones
Ruth came to San Antonio from California, and also lived in southern Illinois and Utah for a couple years. She and her family love to camp, travel and spend time with their fur babies.
Her main responsibilities include:
- New resident welcome and resources
- Office administrative duties
Maintenance Associate- Juan Ortiz-Torres
