Architectural Modifications
Looking to make any changes to the exterior of your home, or yard? Don't Forget To Obtain Approval First.
Exterior changes include but are not limited to: house color, landscaping changes, sheds, roof color, fences, tree removal, basketball goals, above ground pools, etc. Our governing documents require that the Association approve all proposed architectural changes before any work is started. Please reach out to Community Standards Coordinator, Carolyn Felan, with any questions.
