Resident Onboarding--For Amenity Access Fobs!

In order to maintain a beautiful facility, resident onboarding is mandatory for all homeowners and renters of homeowners to receive access fobs.
Step #1: Watch the ONBOARDING VIDEO
Step #2: Sign your FACILITY USAGE WAIVERS
Step #3: Answer the COMPLETION QUESTIONS
- Here, you will also attach the first page of your closing disclosure or lease agreement. You can also email these documents to riverstoneatwestpointetx@ccmcnet.com. You will not be able to gain an access fob without the documents.
Step #4: PICK UP your access fob
- Fobs may be picked up in the HOA office (at Amenity #2) during business hours.
ONE access fob will be given, complimentary per household after onboarding, and ONE additional access fob may be purchased per household for $15. Check and money order are the only accepted forms of payment. They can be made out to Riverstone at Westpointe HOA. We cannot accept any other forms of payment.
