Resident Onboarding--For Amenity Access Fobs!

In order to maintain a beautiful facility, resident onboarding will be mandatory for all homeowners and renters of homeowners to receive access fobs.
Resident onboarding takes about 20-25 minutes and can be completed 2 ways:
- 1.) Virtually: Can be completed anytime
- 2.) In Person at the amenity center: By appointment- please reach out to Danez to schedule an appointment.
One access fob will be given, complimentary per household after onboarding, and one additional access fob may be purchased per household for $15. Check and money order are the only accepted forms of payment. They can be made out to Riverstone at Westpointe HOA.
After onboarding is complete, each homeowner/tenant will need to:
- Complete Waivers- Facility usage waivers must be on file for every household in order to receive an access fob.

- Click HERE to digitally complete the waivers for tenant(s)/ renter(s) of homeowners
- Click HERE to download waivers to print and complete. You may hand carry them with you when picking up your fob, or email in advance to dwilliams@ccmcnet.com.

- Provide Closing/leasing documents-
- Homeowners -
- Please provide a copy of your closing disclosure or Texas disclosure.
- You will not need to provide all pages of the documents, just the first page of the Closing Disclosure or Texas disclosure, with your name(s) and address on it.
- You will not be able to gain access cards without the documents.
- If your name is not on the closing documents from D.R. Horton, the Head of Household whose name is on the documents will have to complete the resident onboarding and sign the Facilities Use Agreement before you can gain an access fob.
- Please provide a copy of your closing disclosure or Texas disclosure.
- Tenants of Homeowners-
- Please provide a copy of your lease/rental agreement.
- Statement from the homeowner granting access- Needs to include the address, homeowner name, tenant(s) name, time frame of rental and key fob number that will be surrendered to the renter.
- NOTE: The term "renters" above outlines individuals that are renting a home that was purchased from an individual within the community. This is different than the leased homes available within The Groves at Westpointe section of our community. The lessees of those homes will not have access to any amenities.
